1. By Credit/Debit Card:
Every purchase from the website www.veluso.gr is conducted by buyer’s preference, with the possibility of payment by credit and debit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, ΜAESTRO, DINERS and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
An opportunity to pay with up to 12 interest-free installments is available, only when using credit cards issued by Greek banks.
Transactions are carried out electronically securely, in real time, between the Buyer and the cardholder through the Banking institution “Eurobank Ergasias A.E.” who processes the transaction on behalf of www.veluso.gr.
During this process, www.veluso.gr has no involvement and all private details of your credit / debit card are not stored in our system.
In the event that the buyer who makes the transaction is not the same person as the true holder of the Credit or debit card, www.veluso.gr holds no responsibility and has no obligation to refund.
2. By cash on delivery:
For shipments within Greece and for products worth up to 500€, you can pay the value of the transaction to the courier server upon receiving the products at the appointed place of delivery,.
For shipments with cash on delivery and for products worth more than 100 €, you will not incur any extra charge.
For shipments within Greece with cash on delivery and for products worth less than 100€, you will be charged with an additional fee of 2€ for the service.
Cash on delivery service is not supported for Cyprus.
3. By bank deposit:
If you select to deposit the purchase price to the bank, please contact us via email to "info@veluso.gr" so that ordered products are reserved.

Make sure that the full name or the number of the order is written on the Bank's Deposit statement and a copy is sent to us in the form of an electronic document (e.g.pdf etc.).
In cases when the deposit is not completed within 24 hours from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically cancelled by the system.
Cost of banking fees or charges are borne by the Customer.
